The Involvik Method: From Brief to Viral in 7 Days

28 April 2026·4 min read

Most content agencies make production feel complicated. Unclear briefs, multiple revision rounds, missed deadlines. We built Involvik specifically to eliminate that friction.

Here's exactly what happens when a client engages us, from first message to published feed.

Day 1 — The Brief

Everything starts with a one-page brief. We built a template over three years that asks the questions clients don't know to answer: Who is this for? What do you want them to feel? What's the one thing you want them to do after seeing this?

We review the brief same-day and schedule a 20-minute call if anything needs clarification. No week-long email threads.

Day 2–3 — Pre-Production

Shot list is drafted, locations are confirmed, props are sourced. If talent is needed, we brief and cast from our network. Moodboard is sent for approval.

This is the part most agencies skip — and it's the reason their shoots run over time and deliver mediocre content. Preparation is 80% of the result.

Day 4 — Shoot

We arrive with everything we need. Our average shoot day produces 40–60 raw assets (photo and video combined) in 6 hours. We work fast because we planned thoroughly.

Day 5–6 — Post-Production

Colour grading, editing, music licensing, caption writing. Our colorist works with a consistent LUT library tuned to each client's brand palette.

Rough cut delivered Day 5. Final assets Day 6 or 7, depending on revision feedback.

Day 7 — Delivery

Everything lands in a shared Google Drive folder: full-res files, web-optimised versions, caption copy, suggested posting schedule. Ready to publish immediately.

Why 7 days matters

Trends move fast. A dish that's having a moment today might be irrelevant in 3 weeks. Fast production cycles mean your content is relevant when it lands, not stale when it finally gets approved.

This is the Involvik difference: speed without chaos, quality without compromise.
